It is possible for something to go wrong with a SpeedComfort product just after purchase or after use. We are available 7 days a week to provide the best possible service.

Two types of warranty are available.

1. The law states that a product must be sound, which means that a product must do what you reasonably expect of it. Should anything happen to the SpeedComfort during the warranty period, please contact us. If something falls within the warranty, you are entitled to a repair or a new item.

2. In addition to the legal warranty, there is also a manufacturer’s warranty. All SpeedComfort products have a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

For anything concerning a warranty case, please send an email to [email protected] clearly stating what is defective in the product; you are encouraged to add a photo and/or video to clarify this.
